Am I guaranteed to receive the merch I add to my cart?

Items are officially yours only when you've completed checkout and have received an order confirmation email. Otherwise, items will not be reserved for you when only added to your cart.

An item I wanted has sold out, when will it become available again?

I'd like to make an exchange or return, how can I do so?

Please note, not all items are eligible for exchanges but we are always willing to accept returns.
